Dr. Ted Baehr, President

Ted is the Chief Executive Officer of The Christian Film and Television Commission (CFTVC) and Publisher, and Editor in Chief of MOVIEGUIDE®. Active on the lecture circuit, Ted frequently conducts seminars and makes appearances on radio and television. Previous appearances include “Oprah,” CNN, FoxNews, “Hannity & Colmes,” “The 700 Club,” and “Janet Parshall,” to name just a few. Ted graduated with Highest Honors in Comparative Literature from Dartmouth College and received his Juris Doctor from the NYU School of Law. He completed his theological studies at the Institute of Theology. Ted has written many books, produced hundreds of radio and television programs, and financed five feature films. He has received numerous coveted television and radio awards.

Dr. Tom Snyder, Vice President

Tom is Vice President of Good News Communications/Christian Film & Television Commission™ and Editor of MOVIEGUIDE®.  Author of MYTH CONCEPTIONS: JOSEPH CAMPBELL AND THE NEW AGE and co-author with Dr. Baehr of FRODO & HARRY, he has a doctorate in film studies from Northwestern University and has taught film and mass communication classes at several universities.  Tom has also done postgraduate studies in philosophy, theology, and Christian apologetics at Mars Hill Academy and Simon Greenleaf University, now called Trinity Graduate School.  He has more than 15 years of experience as a journalist, including a stint with the Pulitzer Prize-winning Orange County Register.

Lili Baehr, Secretary/Treasurer

Treasurer and Corporate Secretary, Lili studied architecture at Rice University and practiced in Houston and New York. She is a photographer, art director, and art historian. She was involved in the formation of the Christian Film & Television Commission™ ministryand continues to play a very active role.
