Cole Claasen

Cole has started his second year heading up the TV and video department with the production assistant of Kori Sparks. Cole has been working in the film and video industry for the past 10 years. In addition to his award winning debut directorial feature film Fern Hill, he has produced marketing and commercial videos for major corporations like Pioneer Electronics, Chevrolet and Nissan Corporation, as well as International ministry recruiting and promotional projects for Advocates International®, Biola University®, San Francisco Theological Seminary and Campus Crusade for Christ

Steve Crispin

Accountant, Steve is a native of Southern California and has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. He has been in private practice for over 25 years and is enrolled to practice before the Internal Revenue Service, specializing in Tax. His hobbies are auto racing and gardening. He is an avid reader and enjoys American History

Dee Dee Mayer

Dyonette "Dee Dee" Mayer is a licensed clinical social worker who has been committed to both the emotional and spiritual health of women, children, marriage and families for over 18 years. Dee Dee also serves as a leader, teacher and speaker for Club 31, a ministry of over 200 women at Calvary Community Church of Westlake Village. With this commitment and passion for children and families, Dee Dee is now cohost with Ted Baehr of a televised program that focuses on providing education and media wisdom in today's complex media world.

David Outten

David is the systems and web design consultant for MOVIEGUIDE®. He is a graduate of the University of Florida and has a Masters in Journalism from Regent University. A former Disney artist, David served as editor and publisher of several Christian newspapers and as art director of MOVIEGUIDE® from 1987 to 2000. Since that time he has designed software for clients such as Coca Cola, Emory University, the state of Nebraska and MOVIEGUIDE®. He has been married to his wife Debbie for almost 35 years and they attend Landmark Church in Norcross, GA. David's son and daughter are both married but his home is kept lively by three lovable little dogs.

 

 

Michael Trent

Director/Producer Michael Trent started his career on the East Coast after studying at New York University's Tisch School of the Arts and went on to become one of the youngest stage managers in the history of Broadway at the age of 19. With numerous Broadway and touring credits, including the Julliard based Acting Company which is the touring arm of the Kennedy Center in Washington, DC, Michael journeyed to Los Angeles and co-founded the independent film production company Little Engine Pictures. He has written, directed and produced a multitude of projects around the globe, from Sacramento to Singapore as well as co-founding DancesWithFilms, one of the most successful independent film festivals in the nation. Michael has been blessed to work with MOVIEGUIDE® over the last five years directing its annual Awards Gala and overseeing the Kairos Prize for Spiritually Uplifting Screenplays.

Susan Wales

Susan is a television producer, speaker and author of numerous books including Faith in Gods and Generals. A novelist, she is also the co-author of a series of political thrillers, The Chase, The Replacement and The Candidate. Best known for her Match Made in Heaven series and for her gift books, she co-wrote the Keepsake series with author Alice Gray. Other publishing credits include columns and contributing articles to women's magazines and periodicals.

She is the Executive Producer of the Annual MOVIEGUIDE® Awards presented to family films with redemptive values on PAX-TV. She is also a board member of the Parent's Television Council, and co-produced a fundraiser for the UCLA Family Development Center. She and her husband, producer Ken Wales, live in Pacific Palisades, California. The have a granddaughter, Hailey Elizabeth.
